I haven’t participated in a #FridayIntroduction I haven’t participated in a #FridayIntroduction in quite some time — so HELLO to my newest followers! 👋🏽 ✍🏽 This month (June) officially marks 10 years for what began as a hobby and quickly birthed into Captivating Calligraphy — typing that out is like 🤯🙌🏽🥳🎉 📸 I just attended my first (of many) Luxury Calligraphy Retreats & one of the perks was updated headshots for the attendees! It was perfect timing because I was long overdue 🤣 2020 was the last time I updated my brand photos 🙃 Shoutout to @photosbyyazmin for the photos! 💍 Married to the most amazing guy — celebrating 12 years in October 👭🏽 Mom of two very active & fun little girls — almost 6 year old & 4 year old. They keep me busy & on my toes 24/7 & 365! To know them is to LOVE them! 🖤 Oldest of two 🎨 I serve as the Director of Creative Arts Media at our church @discoverlifega alongside my husband 💆🏽‍♀️ In my free time I enjoy SLEEPING & being pampered (heavy on the massages) 📺 Lover of Law & Order: SVU and Netflix (including horror movies 🫣) 🐅 Clemson University Graduate 🌎 South Carolina Native I look forward to showing up around here a little more & I look forward to connecting with you! #captivatingcalligraphy #atlantacalligrapher #atlantacalligraphy #calligraphyengraving
Just when I find myself in my feelings — slightl Just when I find myself in my feelings — slightly discouraged because of some of the personal dreams and aspirations that I have for Captivating Calligraphy haven’t come to fruition (yet) due to other priorities in this current season of family & ministry, God {continues} to give me gentle reminders that He is El Roi — The God who sees — with really amazing opportunities that literally just fall into my lap such as this one. Without any real efforts towards marketing myself/services, or consistent posting on social media (this is actually my first post in a LONG time 🫣) — opportunities and clients continue to find me. This Mother’s Day I was hired to collaborate with @kindredpapr for a very special pop up event showcasing Savannah’s beautiful greeting cards.
