INQUIRY
Every project begins with an inquiry submitted through the website.
This allows me to review your project details, timing, and scope with intention — ensuring I can provide the level of care and attention your project deserves.
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining next steps and expected response timing.
Please note: Availability is limited and select services are offered on a capped or by-request basis.

REVIEW & DIRECTION
Once your inquiry is received, I’ll review the details and determine the best path forward.
Depending on the nature of the project, this may include:
• A custom proposal prepared for your review
• A brief clarification email to confirm scope or logistics
• A recommendation for an alternative service or timeline if the request is not the right fit
Discovery calls are reserved for select projects where additional alignment is beneficial.

PROPOSAL & BOOKING
If your project moves forward, you’ll receive a proposal outlining:
• Scope of work
• Timeline
• Investment
• Terms and next steps
Proposals are accepted on a first-come basis and are secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is submitted.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION
Once booked, your project enters production.
At this stage, I focus on execution — applying the same care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define the Captivating Calligraphy experience.
Depending on the service, this may include:
• In-studio calligraphy or engraving
• On-site event preparation
• Coordination with planners, brand teams, or couriers
You’ll receive clear communication regarding timelines, delivery, and any required inputs.

COMPLETION & DELIVERY
Final delivery is coordinated based on the service selected and project logistics.
This may include:
• Scheduled courier delivery
• Shipping
• On-site event execution
Once your project is complete, you’ll receive confirmation along with any final details.
AFTER YOUR PROJECT
Client feedback is deeply valued and helps shape future offerings and experiences.
For select projects, you may receive a short survey or follow-up request — always optional, always appreciated.

Captivating Calligraphy intentionally limits the number of projects accepted at any given time to ensure quality, consistency, and care.
