Calligraphy Workshop – June 22, 2019

Do you enjoy writing? Interested in learning a new hobby in 2019? Ever had the desire to learn calligraphy, yet you aren’t sure if you have the right “skills”?

If you answered ‘yes’ to either of the questions above, then this class is for you. Join me for the next CC Captivating Calligraphy Workshop of 2019! This 4-hour hands-on workshop is for beginners who desire to learn the basics and fundamentals of copperplate calligraphy as well as those who have prior experience and would would like to brush up on their skills. The class will be small in order provide each student with one-on-one guidance as needed. Full details are listed below.

Note: In the event that the minimum of 5 students is not reached, the workshop will be cancelled. You will be given the option of a full refund or the transfer of your seat to a future 2019 workshop.

My handwriting is bad, do I have to have “good” handwriting to learn calligraphy?

The short answer is no. Honestly, I don’t have the best handwriting either. But now, as a self-taught calligrapher, I have learned that stellar handwriting is not a requirement 😉

What if I register and can no longer attend the workshop?

As noted, all sales are final and non-refundable. Your seat may be transferred to someone else, as long as Captivating Calligraphy is notified (via email) by April 15th.

What should I bring?

Everything that you need for the workshop will be provided to you. I only ask that you bring a teachable spirit and a ready to learn attitude!
