How does it work?
I know how it is to become so consumed with wedding planning, that it overshadows your focus on the marriage. Through a stress-free client experience, one of my goals is to help you check off one of the biggest items off of your wedding to-do list so that you can put more of your time and energy into preparing for your marriage.
What to Expect

Initial Contact
Once you have had a chance to look around to see what all Captivating Calligraphy has to offer, complete the appropriate form found on the Contact Page. Be sure to include as many details as possible in your initial inquiry. If you would like to schedule a brief 15-minute phone consultation, please mention this in your inquiry. You will receive a response within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
We’ll discuss your needs and desired order completion date. If we’re a good fit for each other, and I have the availability on my calendar to meet your deadline I will prepare a quote based on the information you provide.

Quote
You will receive a quote via email. If everything looks good, you will approve the quote.

Sign Contract + Pay Retainer Fee
A contract and invoice will be put together based on the information from the quote that was accepted. Both the contract and invoice will be emailed to you. Once you have e-signed the contract and submitted the 50% non-refundable retainer fee, your project will officially be booked on my calendar! (YAY!)

Send Materials
Depending on your location, I will either meet you or you will ship your materials (i.e. envelopes, place cards, etc.) to me prior to the start of your project.

I’ll Take It From Here!
Now you can sit back and relax while I do all of the work! If you are a soon-to-be bride, I hope that you will use this time to worry less about the details of the wedding and focus on your marriage and your role as a new wife.

Your Order is Complete!
Once I have completed your order, you will receive an email containing the final invoice for the remaining balance. After you have submitted your final payment, we will either schedule a day/time to meetup for delivery or your order will be dropped off to be shipped.
